Refund policy
Returns and Refunds – SaliStick Tests
Due to health and safety regulations, SaliStick tests are not eligible for return or refund for change-of-mind reasons. Once products leave our facility, we are unable to guarantee their storage conditions or integrity. This policy is in place to protect customer health and to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our products.
We are committed to the quality and safety of every SaliStick test we produce. All products undergo rigorous quality control processes to ensure they meet safety, performance, and accuracy standards prior to dispatch.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, SaliStick will provide a replacement or refund where:
- The product is visibly damaged upon delivery; and
- You are able to provide valid proof of purchase.
We do not offer replacements or refunds where damage has resulted from misuse, improper handling, or storage after delivery.
Your consumer rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure or does not meet acceptable safety or performance standards, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
Defective Products
If you believe your SaliStick test is defective, please contact us with details of the issue along with your proof of purchase. We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
